One key aspect was ensuring the clarity and elevation of ideas for the 10 teams involved. This involved assessing market viability, exploring feasibility, and advancing their concepts. To accelerate these projects effectively, the &#8220;viaparkour&#8221; approach, developed by co-design it, was implemented. This method allows teams to activate &#8220;cards&#8221; based on their needs and progress stage. Ten exceptional coaches then facilitate the use of these cards during dedicated sessions.<\/p>\n<p>The second major objective was personal development, aimed at nurturing these young individuals into meaningful leaders. This growth was fostered through a balance of seriousness and a positive atmosphere. Techniques included collaboration exercises, introspection, self-improvement, and even physical activities. Each team had 10 minutes to pitch their project to the jury, followed by 10 minutes of questions.\u00a0After more than 2 hours of deliberation, the jury members elected a winning team <strong>&#8220;Izalgue&#8221;<\/strong>. A final ceremony was also held on the same day where the teams received different prizes.
