The Pangaea X program combines innovation and personal transformation to become the leader of tomorrow. Participants will practice and learn methodologies for innovation, leadership, personal development, and team building.

 They will be challenged as individuals and as a team to find sustainable and tangible solutions in a short period of time to the environmental challenge the team has chosen.

Each team is accompanied by a team coach and can call on experts if necessary.
