Since its inception, Pangaea X has assembled a community of caring coaches committed to supporting impact projects. Edition after edition, these dedicated coaches infuse their expertise and invaluable advice, supporting participants in their development, helping them to push
their limits.

What you need to know
WHY BE A COACH?
WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES?
- Make a Real Impact: Help young people develop their projects with a positive impact.
- Expand your network and enjoy a unique experience.
- Learn continuously from coaches and experts.
WHAT ARE THE PREREQUISITES TO BECOME A COACH?
Experience in these fields is an asset, but not a requirement.
- Experience in innovation: familiarity with tools such as design thinking, design sprint or lean startup.
- Experience in coaching: Accompany without imposing, helping the team to find its own solutions.
THE ROLE OF A COACH?
- Foster collaboration: Create a human-centered team dynamic.
- Hypothesize and test: Help formulate hypotheses and test them.
- Deliverables: Support the team in meeting deadlines and preparing their final presentation.
- Feedback: Offer up to 12 constructive feedbacks during the 5-month program.
- Design participation (optional): Contribute to program design and facilitation of selected sessions.
THE COMMITMENT OF A COACH?
- 10-15 individual sessions with your team.
- 3-5 hours to evaluate other teams’ deliverables.
- 10 hours of coach-to-coach meetings.
- 10-12 hours of online sessions.
- Presence in Switzerland for the week of the workshop for 3 hours/day + special events.
(Remote working possible during the day)
