PARTICIPANTS
Pangaea X participants are at the heart of the program. Without their innovative ideas and desire to change things, nothing would be possible!
They are motivated by the desire to make a difference and to dare to think big.
They join the program to turn an idea with a positive impact on the planet into reality, establish a solid foundation in 5 months, and then take off with complete autonomy and confidence for the post-Pangaea X era.
Pangaea X is open to all profiles, whether you’re an entrepreneur or not. The aim is to bring together young visionaries who are ready to take on challenges and work hard, determined to turn their ideas into concrete action. Their commitment is the key to moving projects forward and building a better future.
During the program, participants work in teams of 2 to 4 people, with different profiles and skills, creating balanced and complementary teams.
COACHES
The coach at Pangaea X is much more than a guide for the selected teams. His role is central, and we’ll explain why!
The coach has several key missions:
- Encourage effective, human collaboration.
- Guide the team in hypothesis formulation and testing, while ensuring that deliverables are ready on time.
- Provide up to 12 feedbacks over the five months of the program, and help prepare the final document and the big presentation.
- Help design the program and facilitate certain sessions (optional).
Each edition welcomes 10 coaches, experts in innovation and caring, who accompany the teams every step of the way.

EXPERTS
Experts gravitate around the different stages of the program, intervening from time to time (during online or face-to-face sessions) to provide valuable perspectives, challenge participants and enrich their experience.
